  I never seen that much of bad and unhelpful and rude and much more... Doctors. Her behaviour is like I'm God here don't talk to me, just you have to lost weight and quiet smoking. No hi no good morning no bye. I'm really happy to don't be them patient any more and really when I hear from any of my friends they are in this gp I will recommend them to move ASAP.

  My very first experience at Goldington Road Surgery was horrendous beyond belief. Recently joining the surgery as my family has moved to Bedford I was astonished as to how rude and unpleasant the doctor was. Having eczema since birth I have seen a large amount of doctors all of my life but Dr Das was by far the worst. As soon as I walked in through the door she was extremely rude and very condescending. When I was actually allowed to talk she would talk over me and as I was explaining why I was there she told me to stop talking as I could talk for 2 hours and she didn't have time, bearing in mind I had said three things and that was all. Also, I felt like she was very patronising and that I wasn't allowed to speak as I was told I couldn't say anything about other issues. After answering a few questions "wrong" as I apparently wasn't listing my symptoms correctly, she said after I had given a simple answer "you answered that question right" and laughed in my face. Whilst talking about my ear aches and that I wasn't sure if it was due to my dizziness or the piercing I had three years ago she said "well I wont be able to tell" and then when I said I was getting another piercing in a few weeks she said "well if you think thats beautiful, who am i to judge" in a very sarcastic tone. Then had to pretend to pick something up from the floor due to my dizziness and then was told "get up would you just sit at home". All in all there was a few more comments and considering I was only in there for 12 minutes I would say what I have already stated is quite a lot. The fact that after about 3 minutes she pulled her chair back and sat as if she was unbothered about anything I had to say just astonished me. I would certainly not recommend anyone to join this surgery as Dr Das is just completely rude. Other than that specific doctor the receptionists and the doctor that comes in only on a Thursday are lovely.

  Where do I begin... Incompetent and not even trying to hide it - they don't know how to use printer, find forms, fill in forms... Rude, don't know medical and Latin names - not even English sometimes. Not helpful, they only know "take paracetamol and come back in a week"... I never hated anybody in my life as I hate those doctors.
