  Very poor telephone service on Monday 2 October. Calls unanswered after waiting several minutes. Gave up. Would'nt have given them even 1 star unless forced to do so to post this review.

  My wife was forced to use Circle MSK even though she works at Luton and Dunstable Hospital. 6 months after her accident, we still dont know how to treat her knee. Appointments are always weeks away, no one takes responsibility. Every doctor suggests that it is nothing to do with them, and that she needs to see someone, which means weeks more waiting. She is in tears most nights because of the pain, she cant walk and cant work. I have honestly never known anything like it. Horrendous service. If you have the choice, stay clear!!

  Rubbish rubbish rubbish! Letter arrives telling me I have two weeks to make an appointment other wise I get discharged back to my doctors to start the months of waiting for an appointment again. I have sat at the phone for hours and got ................. nothing, no answer , the recorded message is burnt into my brain, now toady monday 18th June the phone isnt even ringing but going straight to 'disconnected tone'. MSK your claiming NHS money for nothing, your a disgrace

  Appalling. Referred to these muppets 14 months ago. X-ray sent with referral showed a significant concern. I battled to get face-to-face physio (they like to email exercises without examining you). They need to give you treatment within 18 weeks and that email helps them hit the target ASAP and close your case. Physio said I needed injections and after eight weeks more of their thumb twiddling and more pain I saw Vikram (no indication of job title, might have been an electrician, baker, carpenter?) Sent me for MRI where those in charge of the scanner decided there was not really enough time to do the requested scans, so they 'took a few pictures' of the wrong area. My GP chased CircleMSK up three times for my pain clinic referral (which Vikram had also decided was now needed) But be warned, GPs have been told that patients are supposed to do the chasing in the interests of time management, and these guys fob you off. I was offered appointment s at Northampton, Bedford, and then Northampton again, I was not offered a choice at any stage. My appointments were being cancelled on the grounds of not being 'appropriate'. This reasoning was not explained to me. I finally saw an NHS specialist at a 100% NHS pain clinic in Northampton last week, who was flabbergasted by CircleMSK rudeness and ignorance. She was a wonderful consultant, the x-ray that my GP had ordered originally had important content, that was woefully overlooked by these Musculo-SKELETAL specialists. I am now going for a complete MRI and having injections inside my pelvis to hopefully give me some relief. Just got to work out how to get home to Bedford after..... Sad thing is, I can leave this review but the majority have no choice but to put up with this appalling standard of treatment.
